The hotel is located in we'll connected Mahanagar area . Services of cleanliness, A/C ,water supply ,Electricity etc were well maintained . Restaurent is not there but breakfast items are available at lunch/dinner also which is a limitation in choice.Staff was polite .

It was an average stay at Classic Residency. Cleanliness should have been as per the room tarrif standard. I am not satisfied with the in room amenities, bedding, and response from the reception.

The hotel is easily accessible and located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it perfect for a relaxed stay. We booked six rooms for our team and family and stayed for seven days. All the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with new AC, fridge, TV, cupboard, sitting chair, and table. The housekeeping service was excellent—rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff provided prompt room service whenever needed. The hotel staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. They resolved any issues immediately, ensuring a hassle-free stay. A special thanks to Mr. Bir Singh and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and tension-free stay in Lucknow, I 100% recommend Classic Residency Hotel. It’s a great choice for families, teams, and solo travelers alike. Stay is osum nice & clean rooms. Service is very fast. Staff was polite. Room ac quality is perfect best in the industry.

Location is very apt in the market area. Very serene however there is no ventilation in room. No balcony no window. There is guy ram is extremely good and helpful. However food is not good. We ordered a thali and food was stale.
