No extra bed we waited for 2 hours no service it’s a wedding venue not a hotel. Mm t should also verify this before taking them on panel

No Ele kettle available, very poor service, no restaurant service #This is not for official guy’s. This is a oyo based hotel, so you can understand the purpose.

Reasonable quality of food, amenities and services. There was a marriage reception going in an adjacent hall, which was noisy for some time upto 11 pm

No towels were provided to us. Horrible rooms with stains on walls. No fresh glasses, bedsheets. Washrooms were dirty. At the time of check-in we were told that there are no rooms available even when we had our bookings confirmed. They suggested to shift us to a separate hotel. Poor ambience and, switches and sockets were broken. Hazard for kids. Water leakage in toilets. No hot water. Everything about the hotel was poor. Have given 2 as the staff was still accepting mistakes but were helpless.

The hotel staff were friendly. Room was neatly arranged. Bathroom was average. Food was also not upto expectations. Rating 4 for nice staff and room arrangement

The review for the hotel ashiyana residency was not good. As i entered the staff was not well trained and things was missing to them too. Hotel way from main road was far so my ola rides got canceled twice because they couldn’t make out it’s location. When i got the room the drawer next to bed was filled with garbage and bedsheets were dirty. The washroom was not cleaned as if it was not used from ages. The main door lock was loose and was tend to come out of main door. I left the hotel after sometime because of its state and not properly addressed.
