"Dear Sir/ma'am I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Dileep]. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations in several areas: - *Basic amenities*: Drinking Water was not provided, and the air conditioning was not functioning. - *Room cleanliness*: The room was not clean, which was unacceptable. - *Staff behavior*: The reception and staff behavior was unhelpful and unfriendly. - *Breakfast*: The breakfast was incomplete, and I was charged separately for tea.

First very very bad cigarette smoke smell all around. Staff attitude not that good, in night when I changed my room staff was eating some paan masala or something, when I asked some questions he was not able answer because his mouth was full with paan masala so he went to my toilet 🚽 and spit all the things out and flushed 😅 in front of me without my permission. Room is good and big size but it's back side and no lift available.

The hotel's phone did not function, the room was smelly and gloomy, the tap gave an electric shock, and they did not even offer the included breakfast even a single day.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or interested. The room which was supposed to be 'executive room' was not very neat and clean. The bedsheet had a round cigarette hole in it which i pointed out to the hotel boy and asked him to change it, but he didn't! the bathroom wash basin faucet for hot water was not working. The curtains had lipstick marks on them. The room service was horrible. And yes, the breakfast which was included was just 1 aloo parantha. And that too they got it late! i have taken pics of the hole in the bedsheet! i am totally disappointed! i paid good hard-earned money for a shabby 1 star hotel! not happy at all. At least refund me some of the money!

*disappointing stay: avoid this hotel* i recently spent two nights at hotel dilip and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite the attractive pictures, the reality fell far short. Issues: - broken shower and non-working tv - dirty towels and inadequate linen - wrong-side flush toilet - stuck compartment door - separated beds despite booking a king-size bed - non-functional landline - inconsistent room service (ordered multiple items, received only one or incorrect ones) - no housekeeping for entire 2-day stay (dustbin not emptied) - they had turned off the ac by themselves for longer time. - one day, water wasn't avaliable in the washroom major concerns: - poor maintenance and cleanliness - inattentive staff
