Poor internet connectivity, no proper response or assistance from front desk until escalated to mmt. Breakfast quality poor, especially so called South Indian variety, no starters in dinner buffet.

It was a good exp but few things were not up to the mark as in the hot/ warm water in washroom was not available!Along with the cloth hanging clips were not there in washroom and a tap should also could have been included in the setup and When staff changed there was misalignment in decisions and allowance from their side which affected my smooth process .

The hotel premises was pretty nice and hygienic. The staff was supportive and well behaved . The only issue I felt was the check out time they took . They can work on that .

Location is very convenient, right inside Kisan Bazaar, Gomti Nagar. lots of options to eat nearby. breakfast spread was ok, but not really great. The hotel does not have amenities like gym. Rooms are quite spacious and recently furnished, clean.

Average hotel with below average breakfast...with poor quality service...only worth if you are paying 2000 k per night with breakfast ..not above that....don't compare with other hotel chains..

Initially I doubted the location but found it good, 100 meter road was but off rest it was good. Food and other services were good. Specially room size want to stay in big rooms stay at this hotel.

Property is not maintained properly, untidy rooms even after waiting for more than an hour that too outside of corridor in front of staircase. Faucet and shower were not working properly. Insufficient staff and untrained staff to manage all the guests. Only good thing about was the breakfast (nice and different options)
