烏托邦豪華酒店 (Utopian Luxe)

Hotel's location and rooms are quite nice. But basic facilities do not work properly. Staff is quite careless as everyday we had to remind them to refurbish supplies.

staff was polite, friendly and helpful. food was nice, room quality is good. overall stay was comfortable

Hotel requires cleanliness and proper training of staff. Staff are least bothered about service and are constantly chatting with each other with their back towards the guests

To b honest It was good only swimming pool missing...rest all was good.....and well connected with roads

very old, no proper bathbkit, no message reply very poor experience will not stay again because of poor situation of wash room

Service and response was very poor even after repeated requests. Even the senior team did not respond. TV did not work most of the time. Used toiletry was kept. No discount was given on the food bill even after the offer was there. Not a good experience

very very good clean rooms and washroom breakfast is great friendly staff good location value of money

Good ,but room needs some renovation,as the paint and wood was too old .location is very prime and it in CENTER of city

Food was okay. Toiletries very bad... Rooms were fine. Response time is a bit longer. And if you are checking out before 9AM then you yourself have to manage to get your car from parking as there parking guys comes after 9AM. This is a bit strange

horrible experience.. Property is good rooms are fine…but omg the hospitality…pathetic is also a small word for their world class poor service…1. The day we checked in we ordered biryani in hotel restraunt …for 1 hour we waited and even the biryani was not served the only response was 5 min…we escalated to reception requested to speak to him reception guy said he is sitting…and look at the audacity they didn’t serve our food and also denied to order it from outside. 2.we asked waitress for serving tea in buffet her response was chai wha rakhi hai…seriously 4 star…4 star my foot!! But this is nothing…the staff is completely untrained they don’t greet their guests and doesn’t take the customer concern seriously….worst hospitality experience ever…i don’t understand how it’s rated 4 ….if u want to starve and experience worst hospitality Utopian Luxe is the place for you!
