I was quite a nice experience staying in hotel ss grand. The room is good, washroom was good. Though flush was not working properly. There is parking facility. Nice staff ready to serve all the time. Overall a good combination of pleasurable ambience & comfort. Must visit place on your en route to lucknow.

Over all in average, need to increase facilities in hotel. Need to change old bad sheets, pillow and blinkits.

Rooms were small. Washroom also small. No towel. Room was though comfortable. Tb was not responding. No breakfast after 10. No don't after 10pm

Worst Room and worst hotel service , hotel staff are rude and room is not value for money . this is louge ...1st time i see this type of worst type hotel .. not safety for single and gentlemen type person ... family kindly stay away from this otherwise you compromise with your safety .. please don't eat their food i am ill from their food

Nothing was available in that hotel. Not even towel and coffee. Very delayed service. Wifi was not working.

Very worst experience till date not properly management, in the cold season no water geyser is working. Very rood staff. Asking to change room due to no proper arrangements in room, they declined and told all rooms are full even more than 20 rooms are empty.

The room was not cleaned properly bed sheets have stains and pillow covers also have stains and torn-ed from side water was not coming properly in the bathroom flush was also not working wifi is also not working. I got a room on third floor lift was not working i cannot go up and down whole day. Very very bad hotel to stay no welcome coffee no coffee no sugar in the room no kettle as mentioned in the photos. Staff was also not that much professional.
