washroom shower not working. table side lamp also not working. room accoceries not received. issue in room.

Had a comfortable stay , neat and clean . The staff was courteous and helpful . Good quality food for room service . Location also very convenient

Rooms we had were newly refurbished and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Location was great for us as wedding we were attending was 5 mins away. Thank you

Overall rating-3. 5/5. You can go with your family, friends to stay however they refused to serve the complementary water bottles in morning during at check out day. Not found satisfactory for this behaviour. Check in time is very inappropriate 2pm, that should be 11am or 12 as per many hotels they did. Washroom condition may improve.

It was nice expereience. It was neat and value for money. I recently stayed at golden orchid hotel in lucknow, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would rate it around 3. 5 stars out of 5, mainly due to the food hygiene and cleanliness standards, which were generally good but not without areas for improvement. The hotel’s cleanliness was commendable. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping did a decent job of maintaining the space throughout my stay. The bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was functional, although a little more attention to detail in cleaning around the corners would have been appreciated. When it comes to food hygiene, the buffet spread was quite impressive, offering a range of local and international dishes. However, i noticed that some of the food items could have been fresher. The presentation of the food was good, but certain dishes seemed to lack the desired temperature, which could be a concern for food safety. I appreciated that the staff followed basic hygiene protocols, but the overall food experience left a little to be desired in terms of variety and freshness. In conclusion, while the golden orchid hotel offers a decent stay with solid cleanliness and food options, there's still room for improvement in both areas to make it truly outstanding.

Dear make my 訂房網站 i wanna inform you that your reception manager talk with very bad manner. And very rudely. And the hotel infrastructure is to much good and all good.

Room was good and well mentioned but breakfast was not good. There no option to take breakfast on own choice, a fixed limited menu was given every day. There should be buffet breakfast system.

I am satisfied with the staff services food and snacks are good so i recommend come and stay at this hotel in lucknow
