Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from 訂房網站.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

Good location and the room was very clean and lovely. Regardless of the incorrect booking number from the check-in voucher, the staff was quite patient and helpful on the phone.

Hip and cool hotel that will be a draw for young adults and kids (my kids loved the cozy bunk beds). Location is close to most restaurants in the old town and is very convenient. Check-in is self-service, and while I didn’t have any issues, I saw a couple of other guests having some problems. But they managed to resolve the issues with a simple phone call. So highly recommend to check your emails reservations beforehand to ensure smoother check-ins.

It was only 15 mins walk to Lucern train station and a lot of shops, restaurant and supermarket near the hotel. It was very convenient for a family with kids. It also had kitchen and we could cook for myself instead of eat outside ( The price for eating outside in swiss was very expensive). However, the entrance door was always closed when we came at night .It could not be opened with my room card. Luckily, I encounted another guest and he asked his partners to open the rntrance door. Otherwise, I and my family might need to sleep on the street at night. Please improve your system.
