飯店離公車站很近，交通方便。櫃檯人員服務和態度都非常好，也很熱心的介紹琉森附近景點。在大廳有免費提供熱水和茶包供使用，非常好的服務。

Location was good. The room were surprisingly huge. What I love the most was the window view that shows the road cross junction. Overall I had a great stay there. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really awesome. I deducted a star for the cleanliness, as in the toilet bin there was a sanitary bag with a pantis in it. It was really not a good experience to see this in such a nice hotel.

Excellent stay! The location is super convenient. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is great! Lots of choice. Only small downside would be the bed being super soft. But that might be because I'm used to sleeping on a matress that is basically a wooden plank😁 Will definitely return! Luzern is such a wonderful city!
