I hope that the rooms will undergo upgrades to improve their quality. Additionally, it is concerning that there are consistently insects, such as cockroaches, present in the rooms. The presence of these pests can greatly diminish the comfort and hygiene of the accommodation. Furthermore, the pervasive noise is also a source of disturbance, detracting from the overall experience. These issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

When I checked in, I assumed that everything is clean for a new occupant; from bedsheets/pillow cases, bathroom and floor.
Floor was not vacuumed, bathroom was not clean. I had to request new set of blankets. It smells terrible.
But in fairness, staff were polite and on time when making a request. Location was great. Breakfast food was okey.

The most unfriendly hotel staff. The cleaners are friendly but the staff reception are very unfriendly and unhelpful. We’ve been coming back here since 2017, but recently the hotel reception staff have become plainly horrible . When we visit Lucena, we will probably look for another hotel. Not worth the stay. :( i am so disappointed

The room is clean, but there are molds on the bathroom.
Upon check in, our room has:
1. Incomplete items, like bath and hand towel, toilet mat.
2. Aircon and TV remote control is missing. We need to wait for several hours as the maintenance personnel kept the remote.
3. Door Keycard is not working you need to use the key to open the door
4. The hanging TV shelves is very hazardous, my.young granddaugther hit her face.
5. We requested for a cube ice for emergency use didnt came.
6. Breakfast buffet was not refilled.
