Pros: 1. Location is awesome to relax, pause and enjoy slow life by just enjoying the view of Mekong River. Remember to select river view. 2. Apparment type - you can cook, wash laundry, area is big enough like home 3. Staff are responsive, helpful and welcoming. Cons: 1. Considering an apartment type - no breakfast or food available (yes they indicate this in their description) but there are no breakfast food house nearby. So prepare to cook your breakfast. 2. AC is in front of the bed (for my room). They have extra comforter though. 3. Door lock code is very basic and can easily decoded by tenants or previous tenants. What I would suggest to the property is to provide a nice local coffee or tea and market it. It would be a wonderful experience to indulge coffee while enjoying serenity of the view.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was immaculate and cosy all at the same time. Double balcony; fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge and a very comfortable bed but the absolute highlight for me was the free standing bath (beside the shower big enough for a whole football team). There is secure door entry both at the room and the building, parking available, free bicycles to borrow and they can arrange a scooter too (i think it was 180k LAK a day). There is a washing machine on the balcony whihc is also free to use. Comes in handy after a few hours out in the dust.

首先第一點房間整體設計跟在中國住的民宿很像，而且很適閤家庭過來玩，有廚房有洗衣機，陽台能夠看到湄公河，景色很不錯，第二個老闆姐姐非常好，為我們提供了各種幫助，幫助我們換錢告訴我們哪裡好玩，哪裡東西好吃，本來是三天的住宿，最後我們住了兩天要退一天，老闆也是毫不猶豫給我們退了，態度非常好，非常友好，下次過來一定還會住這一家

酒店位置較偏，離城區有段距離，周邊也沒有太多吃的和逛的，六百多的價格性價比一般，可能跟春節有關係。酒店房間很大，還可以自己做飯，洗衣服，這點倒挺方便。
