Room isn’t as clean as you’d expect in a hotel. En suite toilet stinks of urine smell, even after room cleaning. Carpet is also dusty. Hot water got disrupted and couldn’t be fixed in the day, so we got offered to stay in a different one. Got free breakfast instead. Location is quite good and very close to the basilica, shorter route needs to use stairs.

The best was its location to the Sanctuary of Lourdes  ant its closeness to shops & restaurants. The room was a huge size for 2. Bed was comfortable, carpet needs freshen up with shampoo. Toilet was roomy very clean. Worst  - was no early check in consideration since there were no other customers checking in from 1200-1500h. Other five stars hotels were far more considerate  in my experience. I just sat on the sofa, very unwelcoming reception.  When you wanted to update on the news or watch drama no English channel.  Hotels should cater to costumers needs not personalized for a country. Very frustrating.  I might still recommend this place. There’s always a way for improvement.
