War ganz okay. Alles sauber, teilweise schon wieder Schäden/Gerüche obwohl erst kürzlich renoviert. Pool war aufgrund des Saison-Endes leider schon geschlossen. Frühstück war eher unterdurchschnittlich.

The lady at the check-in desk was very rude and kind of destroyed the experience (ironically, her title was "guest experience maker"). The room and breakfast were nice.

I reserved and paid for a deluxe King near a door out. I was given a run double with broken window locks and a smell of dog urine. As a NO KINGS organizer I was known to this property. I behaved impeccably. On the morning Venezuela was raided other guests gathered in the breakfast/lobby to watch the news on MS now. The manager became upset and turned off the television. Without argument all guests went out to protest. Desk clerks Cassandra and informed me there were many issues with this room. They said over 67 smoke detector alerts the past 90 days. No fire or smoke humanly observed. On Monday 1/5/26 the general manager informed me owed $1400.00 for 3 smoke alerts. Pay immediately or get off the property. She called Louisville Police. Sgt Murphy Responded. He filed a report for forced ejection from the property. The General Manager, per her own desk staff informed me that most of the rooms alert from popcorn in microwave or other hot food. Microwaves are in every room. Many smoke detevtors

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.
