This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

it is nice location near by milky beach, mango deck etc. specially conciege teams (bellboys) are so kind and has hip stylish restruant. Frontdesk steff are decent as reply what i asked only (lately knew that have own beach with cart service & water or coffee in room is not complementary)

Overall the hotel was average and the pool was nice. The bartender at the pool was top notch. The women at our check in was ok not very friendly and didn’t explain how things worked with the beach house and the beach chairs.  There were a lot of rules to the beach chairs. We selected this hotel because it included beach access and beach chairs for hotel paying guests at their beach house. Which was true what they don’t tell you is that you can’t bring your own waters or beers down there with you. You had to purchase all drinks including water from the beach house. Which by the way only sold expensive Fiji water. This was the first not all inclusive place we stayed at the included beach access and chairs to not be able to bring our own drinks or at the very least water.  We were also disappointed to learn that the beach access and chairs were not available to regular paying guest on Saturday as they told us they had a paid event at the beach all day and that we could not use that amenity. This was not shared with us when we checked in and we also learned we would not be compensated back for the lack of beach access with chairs that day…. Very annoying and poor communication.  Overall it was ok.  Location was great. Service and amenities not so much.
