Checking in: Had to wait 2 guys helping one person that was checking in. They didn't acknowledge me or apologize for waiting. Valet was a long wait. It was a mess. Cars everywhere and unorganized. Room was old, smelly and outdated. Carpet smelled like dog urine. Nobody helped us with our luggage at check out. Definitely paid way too much for this kind of service. Would not recommend this place. Tried to cast to the TV and my room number didn't even show up.

Area is nice, safe and isolated. Really bad traffic because it’s close to the highway entrance. After the first night of staying in my room I noticed my door lock wasn’t working. That means anyone could’ve entered my room without a keycard. Called the front desk and they sent someone to check it out and fixed it. That was the end of the story but I’d expected at least an apology of some sort from the hotel. Wasted me a good hour just to wait for them to fix my door so I can leave the hotel.

Mal servicio, estaba muy sucio y olía mal como a viejo y orines sobretodo la alfombra, en mi opinión no lo recomiendo ese hotel

Room 426 was very old and dirty. Couch is messed up with stain and ripped all over. Bathroom sink is clogged. The wifi is very slow and customer service is not that great. In room carpet and hallway are both stinky. Definitely not coming back definitely won’t recommend to my friends and family.

Very good hotel with good location. They even have a BMW X3 to offer ride down to front desk to pick up our delivery. The only problem is the sound isolation.

It was okay location and the lighting wasn’t so good and the front desk wasn’t so friendly when I was checking in but staffs were extremely helpful and nice when I needed help and the price is really good for a hotel in LA so overall it was a good stay

The room was clean and had everything we needed technologywise. I think the room itself is a good value considering the location ( not sure whether this is really Brentwood or Beverly Hills but either way ). I gave amenities 3/5 bc i think they are in a different building ( the pool and fitness center ) than the building I stayed in, and it seemed like the other building required a golf cart ride (?), and also the parking is $47 per car and it is required to valet. We just ubered there from street parking. The Uber was like $16 round 訂房網站 before tax. You could probably walk ( we walked back )
