Camera ottima e molto spaziosa. Posizione in downtown veramente comoda e facile da raggiungere. Pulizia meticolosa e camera veramente bella. Ottimo per alloggiare nel downtown di LA. Ci tornerei!

I rarely write reviews but I have to tell you that I had a terrible service during check in. The guy who was working at the front desk said that he could not find my reservation and then he said it was canceled. I got panicked and told him that it could never happen cause I have never cancelled the reservation and it is still on my 訂房網站 app, so it must be your fault (I meant hotel) if it was ever canceled. But he bluntly said that he didn't cancel it and told me to figure it out as if it was my fault. I asked him to talk to someone or check again cause it looked like a system error or something to me, but he told me to go somewhere else cause he needs to greet other customer.
I was so scared because it was already after 9PM and I had nowhere else to stay. So I called 訂房網站 customer center, and the agent was nice and prompt to tackle the issue. In the end, she explained that 訂房網站 used a vendor to make a booking for the hotel, and the hotel did not know that so they could not pull up my reservation until they got another code. But I think it was partially 訂房網站's fault by only sending the reservation code that did not work properly.
