I am surprised that you even give surveys since I am sure that you already anticipate the responses. The room was not only dirty, it was disgusting. I have several pictures to prove the horrible accomodations. I also had requested 2 Queen beds and found out, upon arrival, that they only had 1 Double bed. Therefore my older son was unable to sleep in my room and therefore had to pay for an extra room. Not sure about your area, but in Arizona, I would imagine that those types of disgusting accomodations would cause the hotel to be condemned. And, the desk clerk was extremely rude. He spoke very poor English and there was definitely a communication breakdown, but as much as we tried to be patient with both of our language barriers, he was clearly disturbed and extremely impatient with our requests and had absolutely no intention of accomodating our needs. Our server at the Restaurant, owned by the same owner, told us they get complaints of the hotel and the desk clerk, all of the time. It would not be surprising if they never receive repeat business, except the "by the hour" guests. Eight photos attached.
