卡薩斯泰爾洛杉磯市中心酒店 (Stile Downtown Los Angeles by Kasa)

入住期間，我的一件藍色加絨拉鍊連帽衫在酒店客房內遺失。洗完衣服後，我把它帶回房間並掛在衣架上，因此可以確定退房前最後一次看到這件衣服就是在酒店客房裡。然而，此後這件衣服一直沒有找到。酒店的具體處理及後續溝通過程見英文評價。 Very disappointing handling of a missing item. A blue fleece-lined zip-up hoodie went missing from my hotel room during my stay. After doing laundry, I brought the hoodie back to my room and hung it up on a hanger, so I am certain that the last place I had it was in my hotel room before checking out. However, it was never recovered. I reported the missing item to the hotel and was initially told that the on-site team would search for it. I was later informed that they had been unable to locate it. Because I was certain that I last had the hoodie in my hotel room, I contacted the hotel again and specifically asked them to check with housekeeping and Lost & Found. The response I received was: “I’m getting a team member on this now so they can follow up with you directly.” I thanked them and waited. However, no team member ever contacted me, and I received no further update. I understand that a hotel cannot guarantee that every missing item will be recovered. What I find unacceptable is the lack of meaningful follow-up after I raised a legitimate concern about an item that went missing from my room, especially after I was explicitly told that someone would contact me directly. The lack of accountability and communication in handling this situation was extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected from a hotel of this size and reputation.

ダウンタウンに位置していますが周辺はあまりうるさくないので夜もよく寢られました。シーツやベッドも清潔で快適に過ごせました。

地理位置很好，市中心，晚上LA不安全，酒店前台很智能，機器，自行辦理入住。早餐環境好，設施齊全豐富。

設施：房間不算大，但是還有的還是有，用的東西也挺好。 衞生：不錯的 環境：位置在downtown，去會議中心很近，周邊建築風格古樸。但是臨近街道，晚上1-2小時警車就響一次，睡不太好。 服務：網上辦理check in，全程沒有跟人打交道，但是前台還是有人的，有啥問題還是可以找到人。

非常喜歡不錯不錯不錯

The beds are comfortable, but the room service only made one bed instead of both. The room is decent, and I appreciated the self-check-in service. However, the location isn’t ideal for female travelers, as the streets feel unsafe. There’s no free parking, and the coffee at the café on level 1 wasn’t great either.

在附近的體育館看演出，步行15-20分鐘抵達，這一區域的性價比之選。

到了酒店後，都是需要自助辦理。好不容易辦妥進房間，裡面黑乎乎的感覺是到了可怕平民窟。因為害怕寧可浪費另選其他酒店吧。
