The location is good for the airport. However, the bus from and to the airport runs every 1 hour. That is a downer. Except that i enjoyed the stay.

The service at the hotel is lovely. The food at Madhus is divine.,Regrettably I found a catheter packet under the bed. Although the hotel displays the lovely tropical pool on its website and generally can be seen in Google- it has been closed for 2 years.

Very nice location - only about 15 mins to Heathrow Terminal 5. Well appointed rooms with generally quality facilities. Breakfast, however, was rather basic and there wasn’t a wide selection compared to Marriott, their next door neighbour. The website also does not give accurate information and I was only told that the swimming pool was permanently closed.

The hotel is quiet old and front desk have Indian girls those attitude is totally unacceptable. Asking for earlier 45 minutes check in they ask for 25 Pounds. What a ridiculous front service attitude never saw before any where in the world. Rooms are big but furniture is old. At the bottom line I will never stay again because of front desk Indian Girls Attitude.
