先給訂房網站客服點贊！本來預訂的房型含雙早，辦理入住時酒店非説不包早餐，訂房網站幫我們協商無果非常迅速的給退了兩份早餐的錢，這麼算下來一晚上¥300出頭 臥室面積還可以，設施齊全，床很舒服 衞生間太小，設施老化 公共區域一塌糊塗，走廊垃圾一袋一袋，看樣子有不少素質低的房客跑來狂歡了 隔音非常爛，半夜有人走廊説話，也能聽見隔壁電視聲音 華美達擺爛真有一套，溫德姆旗下的酒店真一個比一個慘

Location is conveniently just off of the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were doing several renovations/upgrades while we were there (early 2025), but hardly noticed (did not impact our stay). It will look great when the restaurant upgrades are done.

We were sad to learn the pool was going to be shut down half way through our stay even though we called ahead of time to make sure it was working. Good price for the location and cleanliness. Would not recommend getting breakfast for the food but the service was good.

Reserved on linefor my husband, paid for it then they wouldn't let him stay because he didn't the physical card .so my husband had to sleep in his truck. Awful trying to get a refund, because they say the transaction was complete.

Checkin was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was on of the nights I stayed they forgot to makeup by room, which I was told that I had to alert front desk to get my room cleaned. Location was kind of a letdown but nearest mall was white oaks.

Super impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)
