Sophie was amazing, she was so kind and helpful. The location is great and the apartment was clean. The only downside is that the walls are thin, it is noisy and you can hear outside traffic (so not appropriate for light sleepers), all the lights did not work and lastly you can't really control the temperature in the room. Other than that it was a decent one night stay

The appartment was very espacious and good to hold my family confortably. I would recoomend this to any who wants to visit London since it is very near the Paddington Station. The reception personal is very helpful and they guided me the whole visit.

Good location and great size room with double bed and sofa bed. Only downside was sofa bed really hard to sleep on and main bed wasn’t the comfiest but fine for a night. However shower was lovely and staff pleasant
