部屋は広く清潔でしたがアメニティはほぼ無し。ティーバックやインスタントコーヒーはあります。階段近くの部屋に當たってしまうとスーツケースを持っての移動が大変です。また內線（ルームフォン）はありません。

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Paddington station. Was very central to get to most of London. The hotel was clean. The room was a good size, clean and everything you needed. The staff were polite and friendly. We were able to top up water every day. They kept our luggage for us before and after check in. There was a sound of trains at times but this was expected being so close to the train station, we didn’t find this a problem though.

太差了！不推薦！！！首先這個酒店在的區域很雜很多流浪漢不推薦！入住的時候酒店沒有提前告知，直到晚上洗澡的時候沒有熱水，我們下去問前台，他説是的我們沒有熱水，也不知道什麼時候修好！ 我們衹能硬著頭皮洗冷水。晚上想打開電視，發現衹是個擺設……説是23年開的，很多設施已經開始壞了，牆上開始有洞了😑

離火車站非常近，我們的房間在地下半層，進房間的時候發現有泡腳沒沖…就感覺衞生不是太好，其他設施也還過得去把，湊合一晚。半夜還可以聽火車的聲音…

Close to Paddington station , if you live on upper floors u need to carry your luggage over several steps, sound insulation is average between the room and the corridor

The hotel was in convenient location. The staff i.e. Salinder and Amin were nice explaining politely and responding to email promptly and clearly. It’d have been kinder with water-bottled complimentary.
