I usually do have a comfortable stay , but on this occasion the lifts were out of order. We had to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. At the end of our stay we forgot our expensive sunglasses. Came back within the hour it was gone, we were told no sun shade found. We are definitely not coming back to this hotel in Purley Way again!

The stay was okay overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, but some facilities could be better maintained. It was an average experience and suitable for a short stay.

This hotel doesn't have Aircon. With a period of headshot, it was very hard to bear. And then the last days the lift was out of service. Lucky we were at the first floor

Location ideal for families as well, as various restaurants in same locality in a leisure park .

My choice of hotel when in London, close to loads of restaurants. There is a gym 2 minutes away , and kiddies play gym for the grandchildren when they come around. Parking is free for 72 hours for a hotel stay. Would have been perfect if there was a fridge in the room. Other than that comfortable stay.
