普瑞米爾推肯漢姆體育場酒店 (Premier Inn London Twickenham Stadium)

I liked the bed and pillows. The place was clean and comfy. However a few things made the stay less than favourable. Most importantly the lady at the counter in the day was really unhelpful and had a terrible attitude. Zero smile, angry look and she made up rules to avoid work. There was a notice for us to notify the team to clean up the rooms before noon. We asked before noon and she said we had to notify the night before so we wouldn’t get our room cleaned that day. We asked the next day if we could get our sheets changed and she claimed that we had to stay more than 7 nights before our sheets would get changed. Fortunately the Indian lady at the night break was a lot more accommodating and told us we could get the sheets changed if we stayed more than 3 nights. Terrible terrible service from the English lady during the day. Every question was met with a no. She needs to go. The Indian lady at night was a lot better and helped us with all our requests. Another thing that was disappointing is the lack of a fridge.
