Perfect for conventions and price is reasonable. The beds were cosy and the lighting of the room was pretty. There is a few small things such as no mini fridge or wardrobe but you wouldn’t need it as there’s drinks and snacks at reception and there’s space in the hotel room to leave your suitcase on the floor. The DLR line is a 5 min walk to get to the places you need. The location is a bit out and the DLR line stop running at 12. But taxi isn’t that pricey to get. The staff were lovely and very welcoming I really enjoyed staying here and will always come back.

It's 5 min walk from the Royal Albert DLR station which is convenient but a bit far from central London. The staff is nice. The room and the bathroom are clean but small. Ok for a couple. Our room's window faces the London City airport and can see the planes taking off and landing. The DLR rail is just nearby. The noise is acceptable as there are double-layer windows. Just some noise is heard when planes taking off, but no planes taking off between 9pm to 7am

Really nice hotel. It has a trendy hostel vibe, lovely downstairs bar and social space.
Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy.
Considering you are next to London City Airport, I barely heard any noise in the room and slept soundly.
30 mins to central London on the DLR and tube so a good option even if you plan to do tourist attractions in the city centre.
Would definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and the breakfast plentiful!

Really nice cosy and clean room with a big comfy bed and a great smart tv. Atmosphere downstairs is more hostel than hotel, very chill. Super close to London city airport, I could have walked if I’d been bothered. Would definitely stay again next time I’m flying out from there.

Was a nice hotel with a clean room and checking in was great.
Was an issue with a card charge that was made by mistake by the hotel that I needed to call them to resolve, which they have done now, and done very swiftly and efficiently.
