Clean room but the water pressure is kind of small. 5 minutes walk to DLR. Overall is a good stay with Moxy.

非常滿意 離車站近。 環境不錯 乾淨衞生 樓下有休的地方 可以免費寄存 設施齊全 環境舒適 有機會還會入住 但是按金的退還很慢

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are a credit to this hotel chain, they were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely and modern and had all amenities. The room is so nice and has the most comfortable bed and a large tv. I even enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and was wished a happy birthday from two of the staff. Such a lovely touch to my stay. Can’t wait to visit again

I had a wonderful experience staying at Moxy Hotel Excel London. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. 床單不是很乾凈 後來給換新的了 不過前台小哥服務還可以 送了歡迎飲料 房間不大 交通很方便 出去走幾分鐘就可以坐城軌列車到市中心

It was my second time staying here and it was really easy to check-in and getting breakfast at 6am was perfect. Only thing is that it took a while for the cast tv to connect to our room. But loved the stay as usual!

I honestly didn’t expect much because of how affordable it was, but once i arrived the service was very great and professional plus they were very helpful and easygoing. I booked a room for 2 guests and the room is small but exactly right for two people. The bathroom and the sheets were very clean and i stayed there 3 nights on my second day staying i asked the cleaner to clean my room and i just went down and had some breakfast by the time i was back it looked very well cleaned. The location is great if u have a concert at the o2 arena but if you want to see London i would recommend some other places. Personally from now on i will be booking with them every time i visit London because i felt safe and very respected especially because it was my first time travelling alone as a girl for some people might be scary. One of the best things they had was a photo booth which i loved, everyday before i went out i took pictures and i have hanged them in my room. Overall i give it a 10.

A few power outlets were not working, which was a bit inconvenient, and there weren’t many universal sockets available for travelers.

We we worried about the plane noise as the hotel was close to the airport but the beds were so comfy that I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly and accommodated our lack of preparation which is greatly appreciated. Will definitely return.
