布朗普頓酒店 (The Brompton Hotel)

Always the best place on transit. I was helped with my luggage by staff. Reception Staff always friendly as possible no matter what. Taxi ordered on time and I was able to make it to the airport for my check in. Proximity to tube stations and shops plus all the eateries make it a great place with decent prices. Always the beat place for a short stay or stop over.

There is no lift so it is inconvenient when you have baggage.

It was dirty ,unwelcoming and I didn't know I had to pay a security deposit which I'm still waiting for it back.

Brompton Hotel is ideally located in my favourite part of London, South Kensington, with easy access to the tube, trains and buses. Also within walking distance to the shops, museums and art galleries. Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Knightsbridge are all within good distance. Bustling streets with people amd activities. On my arrival, I was promptly seen to by Harry, who helped me out with my identification and was more than ready to assist me in booking an additional night ( at short notice) at a comparatively better deal. My rooms have been kept neat and tidy with regular towel changes and hoovering of floors. Certain issues were fixed even before I realised and raised any complaints. Reception staff have been nice and friendly and always willing to find out how your day has been. They are also keen to know if there is any help they can offer. I haven't visited London since the Pandemic, so my first time back couldn't have been better with such great service. Travelling from Up North, I had always used Brompton Hotel as my place of stay before that. I would recommend Brompton Hotel to any visitor to the Capital. Considering its location and the prices offered, it is a great hidden treasure!
