People smoke in there rooms . And make too much noises . My partner was soo uncomfortable on those days we spent in the hotel . Also one of the house cleaners knock to the door next day and asked us to leave and she said you supposed to check out now . But we bought the room for 2 days . But she had no idea about our booking . She been knocking to our door very loud and been rude to my partner . Once we proved to reception they apologised. And tv doesn’t work . No kettle in the room . No drinking water . We are not happy at all .

The room was smelling ****. The receptionist was not polite, it was a bad sign since the start. Asked for a hairdryer because it was broken, they said we will bring it never came. Never go back place, and was shocking that Ramada is letting people to smoke illegal products in their hotels. Ramada had a reputation for public but obviously not for this place.

Hotel was not the best it certainly has gone down hill in recent years the general cleaninlness has dropped considerably and. The staff are very unhelpful and too busy gossiping to each other to take care of there guests and loitering around the bar area talking about hotel guests and what they get yup to the staff need to be retrained and learn how to deal with customer sin amore professional nanner

Location was good for motorway access and only 30 walk to nearest tube. Room itself was very disappointing. Not clean, in desperate need of refurbishment. No usb ports and only one power outlet. No outlets next to bed either. Train noises. Bed was awful. Could feel the springs, no support, just sunk in.
