Photos shown on the app vs in real life were not the same. Real life condition was extremely poor and we had requested for a full refund but in vain… extremely disappointed and I do not recommend any travellers to book Your Apartment….

It could not have been more average. There wasn't anything particularly good or bad about. What I found a bit disappointing was that you are asked to choose a room during the booking process, but end up with a random room. No reception or person to speak to. All very cold and processed. It kind of does whats written on the tin I guess, but its far from unique hospitality experience.
