The hotel is beautiful & all staffs were really friendly during the stay. Special thanks to the operation manager & Nicole, who have provided much help with the temporary aircon issue we had, truely appreciated!

The room was lovely. Would have been better if we have slippers and dressing gown for the uk weather. The card wouldn’t let me in for a long time past 10:30pm. I was told it’s 11pm. Kept buzzing the bell to get the guy’s attention but he was just playing on his phone. He is not the friendliest person either once I got in with another customer who just arrived to check in. But the hotel is nice. Need to train the guy.

Really lovely hotel with comfy and warm nostalgic design. Studios with all the amenities you need. They even provide some fun games and cards for your entertainment. Close to metro station, Piccadilly line and District line. Will definitely book again.

酒店很新，浴室夠大，床也不是很軟，很舒服，周邊配套齊全，吃飯購物地鐵都非常方便！可以做飯，餐具齊全，非常推薦！前台MELANIE小姐姐很熱情，服務很棒！！

Прекрасное место,чтобы остановиться! Плюсы: Удобное местоположение. Рядом автобусная остановка,чтобы уехать в центр,который находится недалеко.10-15 минут до метро. Номер. Хоть и небольшой,но уютный и функциональный.Есть все для комфортного проживания,в том числе для готовки. Заселение. Быстрое и удобное. Нюанс,связанный скорее с коммуникацией,но не минус. Потеряли свою любимую кружку Starbucks,которая была важна нам как память. Предположительно могли оставить в этом отеле. Писали несколько раз им на почту,но ответа так и не дождались( Было бы хорошо улучшить обратную связь.

Great location! Nice hotel with friendly staff! 5 minute walk to the tube that takes you straight to London. The room we stayed has a little kitchen with stove, microwave, and fridge. Bed was very comfy. One recommendation is to add facial tissue to the bathroom and paper towels for the kitchen. 5 out of 5! We had a small issue checking out because the hotel still showed we owed a balance of the room charge even though we paid through 訂房網站. It wasn’t the hotel issue but likely due to the delay in 訂房網站 paying them the fee.

Really enjoyed my stay at Tourum Chiswick. Great location in a nice, calm area, and I loved the style of the apartment — very cozy and well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need: knives, a grater, corkscrew, dishes, and a good spacious fridge. There are shops nearby, which makes everything very convenient. Perfect for both short and longer stays — I’d definitely come back.
