location is just near to British museum. oxford street is walkable. room has no fan. no toiletries provided. still need to come and ask for it. no toothbrush provided too just plain towels. staff seemed friendly and courteous. the hallways seemed old and creeky.

This so-called “hotel” doesn’t even deserve to be called one—it felt more like a rundown shelter. I booked it in a hurry just because of the location, but upon arrival, I instantly regretted it. Staying here would have completely ruined the excitement of visiting London. The manager was nowhere to be found when I tried to cancel, and the entrance was under loud construction. The room itself was filthy to the point that I couldn’t imagine spending a night there—I simply walked out. I asked 訂房網站 for a refund, but instead of proper service, I was left waiting for hours with no real response. Frankly, this place should be removed from the platform altogether. Allowing a property like this to remain listed damages trust in the site itself. Spend a little more and stay at a proper hotel nearby. It’s the smarter choice—you’ll thank yourself later.

房間衞生極其一般，住宿期間就不給打掃衞生，椅子都是壞的，床翻身或者坐下就嘎子嘎子響，樓道有人走路房間內感覺地板在響，彷彿人在房間內走，房間睡覺受干擾因素太多，樓內沒有電梯，樓道又窄又陡，行李搬上搬下非常不方便…..

그냥 최악 입니다 지하 골방이라 생각 하시면 됩니다 감옥 같았어요. 공용 욕실.화장실 찾기 힘들었구요 꼭 미로 같았어요 돈좀 더 쓰고 다른곳 가세요

火車罷工被迫臨時住一晚，房間內沒有馬桶，上廁所需要去公共的，而且隔音效果很爛，樓道走路總給我一種到我門口要推門進來了的感覺。但是前台人還是挺有禮貌的
