酒店位置方便，在Bayswater 站附近，可使用黃線circle line, 綠線 district line, 也可到Queensway 站（紅線central line) 搭地鐵。步行往Paddington 站也只15分鐘，當然在Paddington 轉車往Bayswater 更方便些。 酒店外觀優美，早上適合在酒店外圍跑步，車輛不多，空氣清新。 入住的是家庭套房，有兩張床及一張梳化床，可以有充足休息空間，房內配備基本煮食工具，非常合適回酒店煮一些簡餐，同時也可節省用餐開支。 附近有好吃的早餐店，也有快餐店，英式餐廳，中餐館；多間超市，包括Tesco express, M&S FOOD, Sainsbury‘s等供選擇。

Would not recommend. Definitely not a 4 star accomodation, maybe a 2 star max. 1 of the lift wasn't working. The place is like a labyrinth with additional stairs on each level which makes it very difficult to navigate for people with disabilities or with luggages. Communication and attitude from staff were HORRENDOUS. Rooms were old looking and even had a weird tilt to it. Some rooms have aircon if you're lucky but some rooms don't even have a fan. So if you're going during summertime, good luck.

Good location. Metro stations are close by which makes travelling to other areas convenient. There are also couple of nice restaurants and convenient shops.

非常合適的酒店： 1房間裡有廚房設備，不想吃白人飯的可以自己做飯，便宜又好吃 2附近有中央線和環線地鐵，出行很方便 3旁邊馬路有1家中超，1家日超，3家當地超市，4家中餐廳，包括網紅文興酒家。

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute walk to the train station—in a very quiet and safe area. The room was very clean, and the bed was large. I would definitely come back again.

위치는 정말 좋은 숙소 입니다 그렇지만 숙소에 들어갈때 문 5개 정도를 열고 가야해서 너무 힘들었어요 그래도 친절하고 위치가 너무 좋았어요

Very well located and convenient to supermarket/shops. A walking distance to Bayswater station and Queensway station. Downside, quadraple room is too small for 4 people with 4 big luggages as the room is actually meant for 2. They only add in the sofa bed and that makes it a quadraple room. Otherwise, locatise wise is good.
