毫無契約精神，不太像正規酒店，千萬不能踩坑。提前兩個多月預訂的20平米特級雙人間，特別註明要高樓層房間，入住時店家卻告知沒有看到備註，衹有地下室。這裡很小且悶熱，店方表示不能退款，也不給更換，爭執了兩個小時無法入住。好在訂房網站服務認真負責，努力維權，全程跟進，最終妥善處理了問題，值得點贊！

Das Hotel ist schon alt und die Schalldämmung könnte besser sein. Durch die Lage an einer Hauptstraße ist es abends recht laut, sodass die Erholung eingeschränkt ist. Ansonsten ist das Hotel jedoch in Ordnung.

Nice hotel, different to the usual chain of hotels with nice individual touches. Breakfast included which is always a bonus, with vegetarian options, Twin room was quite tight for space but fine for a one night stay

The hotel was clean and the room was adequate, plenty of towels but far too hot. The note that air conditioning would be working in July was frustrating. My bedroom was perhaps a little too compact if more than one person were to occupy the room. COMPLAINT: Does the lift meet current Health and Safety standards? I thought open matrix door were banned years ago. I was forced to use the lift as I am too old to walk up / down flights of stairs. On checking in, I let them know I would be leaving early and was told someone would be on Reception at any hour. When I did leave, just after 7am, no one was around!

너무 편하고 가까워서 좋았어요 다만 복도가 좁아서 계단을 올라가고 내려가는게 좀 힘들었어요 캐리어도 맡아주시고 직원서비스는 최고였습니다. 나중에도 런던에 오면 또 이용할것 같아요
