It was good but the room we booked had maintainence issues which then ment we had to be relocated. Would have preferred to have been informed prior to coming but we made do with what we had. Overall it was good, i liked that we had our own space, kitchen, utensils etc. We had ordered in, relatively, nice and quiet stay. Really good service. Good luck to the new receptionist as well. It was booked for an 18th birthday suprise. We stayed on 11th and 12th floor. Have included the view for anyone else looking for a place to stay.

Clean hotel with everything you need in apartment if not more.. very impressed with facilities.. free selection of tea and coffee downstairs to help yourself too.. very nice location and views. 5-10 minute walk to Canary Wharf tube station and restaurants and shops.
