房間本身是沒什麼問題的，這個價位在市中心算是蠻大的，三人家庭入住沒有壓力。房間很乾凈，倫敦勞工幹活很賣力。而且這是家很老的酒店，入住居然完全可以電子自助化，説是16點後，但其實我12點多就自己辦好入住了。房間裡的設施實在是有點老了，馬桶容易堵，flush handle又老化的有點難扳動。有天就是堵+直接扳壞，有點糟心。但是！神奇的是，稍微喊了一下服務，真的立刻馬上就上門。我以為這種高效不可能出現在英國。服務能力極強。弄完後又把房間打掃得很乾凈，而且不求小費，神仙地方。到Tower Hill地鐵站稍微有10分鐘路程，但已經算很近了。本身就在中心區域，早上出門還能見到金融大佬們在跑步去附近上班。周邊有個tesco express，在歐洲這種超市對於生活多麼重要，你懂的。值得再住的酒店。

服務挺好的，開始的房間有零件有點問題，工作人員會陪同更換房間。酒店地理位置也不錯就在塔橋旁邊，樓下河邊就有吃飯的地方。不過酒店應該是蠻有年代了。距離地鐵站要走10分鐘左右。。早餐品類不是特別豐富。餐廳燈光偏酒吧風格比較暗。

環境：定的塔橋景觀房排的第一間圖中紅色部分全部被遮擋。聯繫酒店換了房間結果被冷落到8點才有房間（前台客服也是看人下菜😅）衞生：浴缸超級臟！不知道從哪裡溢出來😅😅😅聯繫不上客服服務部，樓道里有保潔叫來看了一下結果拿著房間毛巾一擦就走了.......也不給換一個毛巾。然後人就消失了。。。。。。設施：全樓客房空調系統是壞的…..沒有空調衹有風扇。同上聯繫不上客服服務部就這個電話打了半小時祝大家好運🍀；最後換完房間後的早上還是有幸看到開橋

地理位置很好，倫敦塔橋盡在咫尺，大堂服務也不錯，check in可以自助辦理，很方便。就是早餐種類不算多。

Best location I’ve ever stayed at in London. We asked and paid for a tower view which was amazing. The hotel is on the district and circle line and easy to get where you want or take a comfortable stroll along the Thames. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The only reason I’ve given fewer points on service is because we didn’t need it. Everything was so easy from the self check-in at reception to express checkout. We’ve already booked to return at Christmas.

There was nothing about my stay that wouldn't make me want to come here again, but I will be looking at alternatives for my next teip to London. The hotel is in a prime location, with stunning views, amazing restaurants, and easy access to the underground. However, the hotel itself is in need of some update. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere and the toilet/bathroom needing an extra clean. The walls show signs of water damage, the carpet is missing sections in corners, and nothing got better when the maid came during the day. The vu restaurant is good, but the hotel breakfast in the gallery at £25 is a rip-off; go to a restaurant nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located and easy to reach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes located nearby. The best view from the window is guaranteed no matter where your room is located: river or marina side.
