The carpet was dirty inside the room. The water in the bathroom was not hot enough. Send me a lot of emails and my phone number was compromised. The siren was fired earlier in the morning for false alarm. The system failed to record my checkin and a man with the same door card unlocked my room door which was pretty scary: what if I was taking a shower at that time…

The Reception area is nicely presented with lots of seating areas. Staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds comfortable. The hotel is situated on a busy road so traffic and pedestrian noise can be heard until late at night. Breakfast was average. Parking is available for an extra charge. The hotel is in need of a revamp as the rooms and hallways were very tired looking. The curtains were falling down but were too high for us to secure them back in place so we had to contend with the street lighting which was a little annoying. Fine for a 2 night stay but perhaps look elsewhere for a longer vacation.

We had a great stay at the Crown during our last London 訂房網站. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It has a good lobby in case you arrive early and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious. We'd certainly stay here again during our next london visit

お風呂のお湯の調子が悪かったのですが、スタッフが親切に見にきてくれ、結果的には部屋も変えてくれました。 すべてがスムーズで、ホスピタリティも感じられよかったです。雰囲気のいい內裝で、気分があがりました。 部屋は広くベッドも快適でした。 ひとつ思ったのは、エレベーターの前の音響のボリュームが大きいので、もう少し下げた方がいいと思いました。

Besides the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, several times for no reason, having mold in the bathroom and the very same breakfast all week long, not too bad. Facilities are definitely tired, with the only attractive feature being the lobby. Staff helpful with taxis and information about nearby places. You'd be looking at a 30 minute bus ride to get anywhere in London.

房間挺大，很舒適，超高性價比。但是！！！這個街區給人感覺蠻doggy的。去到地鐵站要經過沒有燈的地下天橋（那裡有蹲在路邊陰暗抽煙盯著你走過的可怕人類）；但乘公交還蠻好，酒店門口就是車站，輕鬆到達倫敦市區。酒店樓下有兩家大超市和肯德基麥當勞什麼的，比較便利。

In general it's a nice hotel in a perfect location if you need to be in Cricklewood. It's a nice design with nice rooms and decent heating system. The coffee and meats and cheeses in the buffet are nice. On this 訂房網站 however there was a few minor little items to complain about. 1. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room 2. No-one answered the main reception number when I called about 1. 3. The hot water was just bearly hot enough to have a bath. 4. Breakfast was a bit crowded at 9am and they hinted I should leave to make room. I ignored the request. 5. When I finally asked one of the housekeeping staff in person for some shampoo and soap they asked me when I was checking out..... As if that had any bearing on the request. 6. The checkout time is 11am which is obscenely early for a check-in of 3pm anyway. 7. There is no fridge in the room. Overall this hotel is now on the very limit of worth the cost. I expect better for the price of the room.
