房間不大,但是非常的豪華,而且每天都有打掃,雖然要收費但是值,就在白金漢宮的旁邊,歡迎點心特別好吃,服務員也非常的熱情,心裡面每天都跟我們打招呼,後來把硬幣都作為小費給他們了,出門左右兩邊都有早餐店,而且各不同風格,對面的rose小姐姐比較傲嬌,衹能刷卡不收現金,還要等候領位,左轉的街巷裡有很多風格連鎖,有的可以現金,有的刷卡,住了幾天都去吃過了,不踩雷,右轉的早餐店有的叉子是壞的,要注意檢查,連續去了兩天都有客人的嘴被劃破,不過味道還不錯,點的full English
Amazing experience!! The staff couldn’t do anymore! They were so helpful and friendly! It was my friends birthday while we were stopping! We arrived to a happy birthday message on the mirror and a little happy birthday chocolate cake and biscuits in our room! It’s the little touches that make all the difference!!! The room was so clean and comfortable!! Definitely had the 5 star experience!! I’m not sure what the lovely doorman’s name is! But he was so nice taking photos for us!! Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Thank you for making our weekend so incredible! ☺️

Hotel is nice enough but not worth £350/400pn! - great location for Buckingham Palace. King room, still very small. No fridge in the room. Outdated TV. Staff are very welcoming. But I wouldn’t stay here again or 41 next door that I’ve also stayed at.

I prepaid for two nights through Trip. At checkout an unauthorised payment of £498.92 was taken. I challenged this and was assured a refund was coming but it would take two working days. In the early hours of the following day a further two unauthorised payments of £498.02 were taken. In total, just under £1500 was taken from my account without my permission. I contacted Rubens Hotel. They accepted that they had made a mistake and advised that the whole amount would be refunded in two days. My bank account was now empty on the morning I was flying from Gatwick airport for a holiday. I was relying on the funds in my account to pay for various items.
Rubens refused any compensation whatsoever and seem to think that taking £1500 from a customers account without permission is OK. There are various terms for their behaviour. It is not OK. Is it even legal?
I would advise future customers of this hotel to be very wary.
