First of all we paid for breakfast with 訂房網站 only to be told on arrival that that option is no longer available. Our room was very basic and small. We did have a kettle, coffee and tea were provided. The bed was firm but ok. The Westfield mall was opposite and the TV studios at Shepherds Bush was a short walk just up the road as was the underground WOOD LANE on the circle line via Euston station. Overall the location for our needs was great however not having the breakfast that was advertised on 訂房網站 was a letdown.So minus marks and a big boo for that 訂房網站
