超級超級棒。送我們來的司機還説住這邊會吵，但是我住了五天，完全沒覺得吵，晚上睡得非常好。 服務巨好，入住時應該是個經理和服務員一起把行李幫我們送進房間，還介紹了房間設施，每天都有打掃房間，驚喜的是居然每天都有水果。開始我還以為衹是歡迎水果，沒想到我沒吃3天後又給換了一份新的水果。 地理位置巨好，對面中國城買水吃飯，酒店右邊400米就是piccadilly circus地鐵，3站到福爾摩斯紀念館，6站到帕丁頓車站非常方便。酒店右邊60米就是悲慘世界的皇后劇院，左邊200米是看哈利波特的劇院。

位置實在是太好了！旁邊走幾步就是悲慘世界音樂劇劇場，晚上看完回去很安全。到大英博物館、大本鐘、泰晤士河遊船上船點都可以靠腿著過去，十幾分鍾吧。地鐵站也很近，去哪兒都方便。前台一個女生服務特別棒，一直微笑，帶我們checkin到房間，入住時間晚了點還送了一大瓶果汁，房間裡也有歡迎水果。雖然每晚房價還是挺高的，房間不算大，但在寸土寸金的市中心還是不錯了。周圍chinatown也有很多好吃的。

總體而言，性價比很高。酒店是老房子，層高設施不能和新樓比，但是服務人員很熱情，每天都有新鮮水果供應，水也是主動提供免費的。 酒店地段很好，出門就是唐人街，靠近皮卡迪利和soho，購物吃飯都很方便。 還是很推薦的。

First time staying at this hotel, although the facilities were under renovations- the staff made up for this with sone extras and free breakfast thank you so much for the little extras that made a big difference to our recent stay-will definitely book again, highly recommend fir location and customer care - well done!!

Totally disappointed and no what I had heard about the Montcalm reputation. Misinformation about facilities being removed along with atmosphere and ambience. To me what I saved up to stay at this hotel which was only good for its location. I would like some compensation, a night in their main hotel, Royal London House wouldn't go a miss.

This hotel is right in the heart of theatre land and is easy to get to other attractions as various metro lines are around. It was our birthday and they kindly left a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious cake and decorated the bed. Beautiful touch and really appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful and solved many of our problems too. The only niggle was our toilet as after flushing the water would continue to drip until you went to the flush and pushed it several times to stop.Cant comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat at the hotel. Overall a great hotel and I would 100% stay again.

酒店在中國城馬路對面，是個小酒店，處於非常熱鬧繁華的區域，酒店設施還可以，但價格要三千左右，按這個價格對比的話房間就顯得達不到要求了。如果願意花錢買個地理位置方便倒可以選擇
