西點酒店 (Westpoint Hotel)

酒店除了位置有優勢以外，普通房間就不太行，首選預訂的時候圖片有單個出水的房間，然而我們住的是最後一個圖片兩個出水口的，非常不方便，也不知道是不是別的房間不給，明明有很多選擇，其次房間的浴室裡麵每天會爬出小蟲子，真的是很無語了

Hotel más que correcto. Buenísima ubicación y buena relación calidad/precio para ser Londres. Habitación limpia y amplia.

WiFi太差了

Booked this hotel as part of a surprise 訂房網站 to London for my Daughters 18th Birthday. On arrival after checking in we noticed the TV didn't work. I went to reception to inform them of this, the guy on reception came up to try and failed to get it working, he left and said he was going to get maintainence to come, after 15 mins of waiting the maintainable guy appeared but also failed to get the TV working. He said I will have a word with my boss, we waited approx half an hour for news or return of a member of staff but no one came. We went to reception to inform we had to leave as we had a theatre booking to be told by reception the TV would be looked at tomorrow!!! We went out early morning to go sight seeing, on return at 10pm we were informed the TV was sorted. We changed and got into bed to watch TV to unwind to find the new replacement TV didn't work nor the remote control either. The TV was tuned into bbc1 only, had poor picture quality and was showing football highlights which neither of us wanted to watch. Complained the next morning on departure day to be told by reception we shouldve informed them?!?!? ...Errrrrrm we did do this !! Hotel not the best, bed very hard, limescale all around frame of shower door, only positive was location, close to Paddington station. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. I requested compensation to be told this cannot be done as manager not available. Poor customer service indeed
