It was a breeze checking into Comfort Inn and the room honestly looks much better than the pictures! I’m just glad it doesn’t have dingy carpets covering the floor and it was so clean! Also, the inn might be small overall, it has a functioning lift so we didn’t have to lug our luggages up the stairs. Did I mention the superb proximity to Victoria station? There’s also a luggage storage place right opposite the inn, super convenient!

¡Un completo desastre! Así resumiría la experiencia en este hotel. Era la cuarta vez que íbamos allí y la primera postpandemia, y el servicio ha bajado absolutamente en estos años, tanto el trato al cliente como el desayuno y las condiciones de la habitación. Lo único realmente bueno fue la chica de la recepción (muy maja y amable) el primer y el último día, el resto fue absolutamente negativo. Voy por partes. Esta vez contraté el hotel por 訂房網站 con 3 meses de antelación y, cuando llegamos, tuve la convicción de que nos penalizaban por haber contratado la habitación por esta excelente web viajes y demás. Nos dieron una habitación en el subsuelo (planta -1), oscura y pequeña. Después de protestar nos dieron otra en la planta baja con el ruido de las calderas al lado. Protesté y, al día siguiente, me volvieron a dar una habitación en la misma planta baja y pregunté por qué no en la primera, segunda o tercera planta, después de haber reservado la habitación. En las 2 habitaciones había humedades en el techo, manchas en la moqueta, el mango de la ducha que apenas se mantenida en su peana, luces que no se encendían, váter que apenas funcionaba con cinta aislante en una parte rota, etc (adjunto fotos). El desayuno era muy pobre y el servicio pésimo. Habíamos estado en 3 ocasiones y este hotel de 3 estrellas ha bajado su calidad en todos los sentidos. No volveremos más. A complete disaster! This is how I would sum up the experience at this hotel. It was the fourth time we went there and the first post-pandemic, and the service has absolutely gone down in these years, both the treatment of the client and the breakfast and the conditions of the room. The only really good thing was the girl at the reception (very nice and friendly) the first and the last day, the rest was absolutely negative. I go in parts. This time I booked the hotel through 訂房網站 3 months in advance and, when we arrived, I was convinced that we were penalized for having booked the room through this excellent travel website and others. We were given a room in the basement (floor -1), dark and small. After complaining they gave us another one on the ground floor with the noise of the boilers next door. I protested and the next day they gave me a room again on the same ground floor and asked why not on the first, second or third floor, after I had booked the room. In the 2 rooms there was dampness on the ceiling, stains on the carpet, the shower handle that was barely kept on its base, lights that did not turn on, toilet that barely worked with insulating tape in a broken part, etc (attached photos ). The breakfast was very poor and the service lousy. We had been on 3 occasions and this 3-star hotel has lowered its quality in every way. We won't be back anymore.

Hotel is clean. Staff is helpful. Check in and out is quick. aircon and ventilation is satisfactory. If an improvement to be suggested, it will be wifi stability. Wifi connection sometimes got cut off in the room. Wifi not available in the breakfast area. There is decent Sardinia restaurant nearby where chef is came from Sardinia, Italy

Room didn’t look anything like the sample photos. And for how expensive it was, no A/C like in the description and a bare bones room was very disappointing. “Window in room” meant basement privacy window with no view. Spend your money elsewhere.

EXCELLENT location!! Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly circus, Big Ben view... the room we stayed was small and would need some renovation, but clean and had privet bathroom (such a plus!) and it was more than enough for the short stay, we highly recommend this hotel.

Originally I was assigned a room in the basement. The room has a tiny window and no phone signal. The staff is kind enough to change another room to me which is OK. Thanks

Basic 3 stars hotel. Room clean, room wasn't clea ed l/serviced for 2 nights. Basic breakfast (pastry, cafe from a machine, cereal and fruit salad from a tin).
