酒店自己標上3星，但設施很差，不但沒有電梯，帶著行李要走上十層樓梯，很累，不方便，而且房間的空調是壞的，詢問服務員竟然説所有房間的空調也是壞的，網上也沒寫有空調，窗戶也沒法正常打開，衹能推上，我們在一樓真害怕有人可以爬上來。 另外我訂的是豪華雙人房，但連行李箱也沒地方放。熱水太熱，沒法調多正常水溫，我不推薦這酒店。

Very clean hotel,superb location.Near halal restaurant.Staff were superb.Can early check in without extra charges.For Malaysian,suitable for u guys!

Strategic location. Very close to Bayswater tube station. Breakfast was good. Should try the nasi lemak. Big portion and quite delicious. The room was not really sound proof. Low water pressure. Bath area with curtain. Consider small for an asian.

訂房網站 was super patient with me throughout my booking process. The hotel was located at a great location, two underground stations within walking distance, a lovely Thai restaurant around the corner, and wonderful restaurants and breakfast places nearby too. Loved my stay there!

The hotel location is excellent, just less than a minute from Bayswater Tube Station & 5 minutes walk from Queenways Tube Station. The receptionist is good but could be better in providing service. If you are bring a big luggage, this hotel is not big luggage friendly hotel because of the staircases to the lift is so narrow. The hotel does not provide air conditional. If you are afraid of heat and can’t sleep without the fan or aircond, this is not the type of accommodation that you should book. Overall I give 2 out of 5.

Except for Location and Friendly front desk staff this hotel is a big no. Worn out interior and less suitable for physically disabled and elderly. Moving around inside is a challenge narrow stairs and limited lift accessibility. In case of fire especilly in the basement its a death trap. This hotel is a disgrace for the hotel owners and its leadeship.

워치는 런던 한복판 이라 굉장히 좋습니다 그렇지만 매우 낡은 시설은 과연 이만한 숙박료가 맞는지! 의심 스럽고 특히 애어컨이 없어 여름에 불편 합니다 무엇보다 샤워부스가 좁아 씻는데 불편 했습니다
