房間空間足夠大，位子離火車站也很近，到getwick airport先搭SL7轉火車不用一小時！ 無障礙的房間廁所 水很容易灑出來，大家要小心防~

房間寬敞明亮，我這次住的是靠馬路邊的位置帶窗，很喜歡這個視角謝謝酒店給我安排的位置。位置很好出門向左走兩分鐘這樣就是巴士站和火車站去哪裡都方便。周邊也很多餐廳還有便利店和小商超。早餐豐富好吃個人最喜歡香腸。值得住。

· 衞生超出預期：歐美很多老酒店地毯一言難盡，這家是仿木地板，光腳走沒灰。衞生間沒有黴斑，毛巾雪白且厚實，這點比很多四星都強。 · 前台24小時有人：這點在國外非常重要。半夜12點check-in也順利，還幫忙預約了去機場的出租車，價格比Uber便宜。 · 睡眠ok：窗戶對著內院，晚上很安靜。床墊偏硬（歐洲三星常見），但枕頭給了一大一小，能適應。

很喜歡。 距離Sutton站非常近。沒有在主街，所以晚上休息時沒有噪音。 前台人員熱情友好，非常有耐心。 房間乾淨衞生，有落地窗，和圖片一樣。 浴室熱水充足。 配有書桌。 價格也很划算。 附近就有商超，物價也很實惠。

周圍中餐很好 入住期間還碰到過fire drill 所有人一起往外跑 每個人發一個保溫錫紙。去周圍徒步也很方便

Pretty decent hotel, nice location, easy access to the Sutton high street. Couple of things which can be improved are the mattress quality. I did not enjoy sleeping on that. It was sinking in the middle even though they had the mattress protector, and sometimes the bathroom would have a weird smell. Other than that a pleasant experience.

It was confusing finding the entrance to the property, there's no parking in front of the hotel except 7pm to 7am zone, and the parking lot behind the hotel only has parking bays 12 to 27 and only 10mins free parking before you get charged or find with cctv camera - there's no disability parking and private parking is £15 for 24hrs, display your ticket but if you leave and return later, your parking is still valid but only if you can find an available space as you are not allocated a specific parking bay, even though you paid £15 for up to 24hrs. Ludicrous!. I asked the hotel staff if I could book undercover parking that the hotel has, they said it was not suitable for someone with disabilities and mobility issues as no lift from the carpark and a long walk with stairs. If you don't have a vehicle then the location is good as the Sutton rail station and buses are short walking distance. It's got a restaurant/bar onsite, open until 10pm. Food was nice.
