酒店服務還可以，有幾點要提示一下：1-酒店房間沒有提供飲用水，在 G 樓飲水機打水；2-酒店 wifi 時好時壞；3-房型如果帶廚房的話，鍋具在烤箱下面的抽屜裡；4-如果床有咯吱咯吱的聲音，大概率是床架和靠板摩擦了，讓酒店移動一下就行；5-注意檢查床墊有沒有裸露的金屬，有劃破風險。

房間很大，衞生間到處都是為坐輪椅的人設計的高度和安全扶手，裡面沒有一次性用品，酒店位置還不錯，樓下一條路都是餐廳，公交車站也衹要步行兩分鐘，可以十五分鐘步行至倫敦塔橋

The entrance of the hotel is off the road and very unassuming. Can be hard to find. Other than that, it is a nice little residence inn where the studio is self sufficient and cosy. Had a good stay.

Great location. Staff were friendly and accepted our request for minor adjustment in check-in time. Highly recommended as the property is located in one of the best location with train station/hop on-off stops/ cafes/ london bridge/borough market.. and many more places reachable by 10-15mins walk.

The location is a 10-15 min walk from London bridge station. My studio was a bit worn down though it did have all the kitchen essentials for a long stay. The breakfast was excellent with the usual variety.
