The worst hotel I’ve been to ever! AVOID!! 1. When I got into the reception the reception staff Barsha was extremely rude. She couldn’t find my email or booking reference and kept telling me that 訂房網站.com is not their official booking platform. I did not ask this but she was annoyed that I booked via 訂房網站. 2. They did not add my amenities so I asked the receptionist Barsha to escalate this to the manager as she kept nagging that they have not received the email although I have the evidence and apparently 訂房網站.com provided the wrong email - that is not my fault? 3. I then went up to my room with an additional adult who was just there to help us get into the room and Barsha made a complaint to the manager saying there is 3 people in the room. I clarified one will be leaving however she kept calling. I believe she was being racist. 4. The hotel is dirty! Stains on the floor when we go in and in the chair. The tables were really dirty too! And a stain on the pillows.

為孩子去O2看碧梨演唱會訂的酒店，以為與O2隔河相望很近走過去就是了。但是去O2打車要16分鐘，走到canary wharf 金絲雀碼頭地鐵站要20分鐘，關鍵導航還信號很差！如果是看演唱會建議訂canary wharf或North Greenwich地鐵站旁邊的酒店。O2就在North Greenwich地鐵站出站就是，canary wharf 地鐵站一站路也很方便。 附近的中餐和超市走路15分鐘，總之交通不太便利，沒車的話愖選！用信號差得要死的導航找路真的很抓狂！ 整體環境很不錯就在泰晤士河畔，如果自己開車會方便很多！

Fab stay, 10 min uber to the o2 which only cost around £10. Clean room, huge bathroom with shower and separate bath! Lovely friendly staff, hotel parking available for £30 a night. Would recommend and definitely return for my next 訂房網站 to London!

這次入住可謂驚恐！辦理完入住手續，進入房間，掛上請勿打擾的牌子，沒過多久，就有一名男士直接刷卡打開了我的房門，準備進來，見到房間裡有人，就説自己是window cleaner，轉身就離開。我驚恐萬分，立刻和家人講述了一下情況，就下樓去前台投訴，並且要求酒店給予一個明確的説法和道歉。二十多分鐘之後，還是那位接待我的前台到我的房間來進行了口頭上的道歉，説這個問題已經解決了，不會有人再來打攪，完全沒有酒店高級別經理出麵來進行鄭重的道歉！ 我無法相信這是Radisson的酒店的管理結果！沒有任何提前告知客人的通知，就可以允許所謂工作人員進入客人的房間，這不是侵犯是什麼！一個女生的房間就這麼被陌生人闖入，這不是冒犯是什麼！而酒店沒有任何實質性的正式的道歉，這不是無視人權是什麼！ 非常失望的一次酒店經歷發生在Raddison！

We had a concert at the O2 and so booked due to its location. Unfortunately it is a good 20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf tube and you can’t get a straightforward train/tube to the O2, it involves DLR and tube. We ended up ordering an uber. Hotel room was lovely, bathroom are extremely spacious. Beds were very comfy. Although there was air conditioning the system kept on just turning itself up to 22 and in some cases 24! Made the room really hot and so we had to turn it off. Steam room was broken, didn’t use any of the other facilities. Nice to have a free bottle of water and there were things like nail files, makeup wipes etc, as well as the normal shower gel and shampoo.

Very friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy with a very comfortable bed. The spa facilities were clean and easy to use. My fiancé and I loved the sauna and Moroccan steam room.

·酒店定位比較安靜，設施挺好，就是我住的那間沒有吹風機。 ·酒店離地鐵站比較近。我訂酒店是為了去O2看演唱會定的這裡，這個酒店和O2隔著一條河，所以坐地鐵過去要花將近一個小時。 ·酒店前台沒收取按金，但付了2磅的房卡按金（後面會退回）

The room is very nice. You can see O2 while having breakfast. I just watched the 2024 League of Legends Finals. It's a pity that BLG lost, otherwise it would be the most memorable breakfast.
