Overall, the room is ok and satisfied for me. The location is quite good and close to Euston Station, so it’s convenient. It can be a choice for me when I visit London next time.

Excellent location. Staff are really friendly and helpful in both reception and the bar. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

I was given a room on 5th floor.Room was cold and there was no heating. I reported to the receptionist and I was given another room but that room was near main room and it was very noisy. I decided to stay on original room.Bathroom shower was not working. Breakfast was average.

It is definitely like a business motel more than a hotel situation. I would say the location is pretty good. The bathroom is quite small relatively. But one thing to note is that their bed is extremely comfortable which was completely out of my expectation so well done on this!
