超級推薦，性價比非常高，地鐵站步行5分鐘，有的房間沒有電梯，前台有人幫提行李，免費餅乾很好吃，而是🈶拖鞋，泰難得，已經推薦給朋友，840的價格，朋友都不相信在倫敦市區這麼好的配置

Really enjoyed my stay at The Lancaster. New management is off to a strong start: friendly team, easy location, and good value. Some areas are still being refreshed so don't believe all the photos *lol, but the potential is obvious. Excited to see how this place evolves.

Rooms were decent, all that we really needed for the night but if I was to stay longer i wouldn’t enjoy it, the room I was in was quite small, me and my friend barely had any space to get ready and unpack for the day. The room is just a bed and bathroom. Overall, would give it a 3/5.

Im gonna so honest. I stay at hotels alot for work and leisure, but this hotel right here, hummmm. I paid for breakfast and upon trying to claim it in the morning I was refused, telling me I haven't paid after clearly seeing the booking. He then tried to spin it and say that even though it says that I still have to pay. They say room service, but the phone wasn't plugged in, please you can't reach the hotel on the number provided. Ohhh, on top of that, the MANAGER, Said the hotel has 2 names as the are recently changing ownership, pure non sense and scam.
