Je pensais que la chambre était plus grande, mais ce n’était pas le cas et j’ai fait 10 jours dans ce hôtel et les services des chambres ont balayé qu’une seule fois et il faisait froid dans la chambre que j’ai signalé plusieurs à la réception, mais le problème n’a pas été résolu. Sinon j’ai aimé l’emplacement

Unfortunately, my experience at this London hotel was highly disappointing. The location was inconvenient, requiring a significant walk to the nearest tube station despite a bus stop being directly in front. The room's cleanliness and service were below standard; it had an unpleasant odor, and the towels were unclean. Despite requesting no housekeeping service, my room was still entered daily. For those considering a stay in the Battersea area, I'd advise investing a bit more for a better accommodation experience.

Cheap accommodation but had a bad experience with a late check in. No reception staff and was waiting outside to be let in for 30/45 minutes, door bell/telephone number wasn't working.
