阿西莫公園酒店 (Axiom Park Hotel)

La posizione non è centralissima, ma lo sapevamo al momento della prenotazione. Con le bici ci siamo mossi benissimo e davanti all’hotel c’è anche la fermata dell’autobus, quindi in pochi minuti si arriva in centro. La domenica sera il pub di fronte ha fatto baldoria fino a tardi, ma eravamo così stanchi che non ci ha disturbato più di tanto. Il personale alla reception è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e accogliente: davvero un punto forte della struttura. Purtroppo invece la pulizia lascia a desiderare, e questo è un peccato perché ci siamo trovati bene per tutto il resto. Ho trovato polvere e poca attenzione ai dettagli: veniva rifatto il letto e cambiati gli asciugamani, ma per terra restavano le stesse briciole ogni giorno, e i bicchieri erano stati lavati in modo approssimativo o lasciando tantissimo sapone. Al mio arrivo ho pulito un po’ con salviette igienizzanti. Inoltre il personale delle pulizie non si è dimostrato molto cortese, a differenza della reception. Suggerirei anche di sostituire tazze crepate e di aggiungere qualche posata per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. La zona è tranquilla (a parte la domenica sera con il pub), con un Tesco e un punto Santander per le bici vicinissimi, oltre a un bel parco a due passi. Tutto sommato mi sono trovata molto bene, soprattutto grazie alla comodità dei collegamenti e alla cortesia dello staff in reception.

Lo primero que no nos gustó fue que cuando llegamos tuvimos que pagar una tasa en el check in que no pone en ningún lado que haya que pagar cuando hicimos la reserva. La pagamos y continuamos hacia nuestra habitación que era de 4 personas pero nos pusieron una de 5 con un sofá-cama totalmente hundido (adjunto foto). Bueno, bajamos a la recepción y se lo comentamos al chico, que nos ayudó amablemente. Nos ofreció una habitación distinta para dos de nosotros y pasamos la noche en habitaciones distintas. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y nos pusioron a los cuatro juntos en una habitación en el sótano. La verdad es que las intalaciones dejan mucho que desear, pero también nos gustaría reseñar que el personal del hotel se ha portado genial con nosotros y han sido muy atentos en todo momento.

Advertised as a 4 star apartment at the very best this is a 2 star apartment. The room was filthy and smelt very bad would not recommend staying here at all. Other than the location being ideal for Battersea park there is nothing else good to say about this apartment and they should not be charging the prices that they do!

Irecently stayed at Axiom Park Hotel in Battersea. The location was excellent—just steps from a bus stop and near Battersea Park, which made getting around London easy. My studio apartment was spacious by London standards, clean and equipped with a kitchenette, a comfy Select Comfort bed, and fast Wi‑Fi. I appreciated the helpful 24‑hour reception staff and daily housekeeping. Noise could be an issue if your window is open, and I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the decor. The deposit process was also a bit slow to refund. That said, for the price, this hotel offered great value. I’d recommend it to those wanting practical and affordable lodging in London.

Close to shops and underground, had a great stay and the park was close by.

相比同價位酒店房間很大，也比較新，有空調，有小冰箱。到地鐵站需要走20分鐘，或者坐門口的公交車到巴特西發電站，也是個景點，有購物和餐廳。 沒什麼雷點，合理預期很有性價比。缺點是房間裡沒有吹風機（居然有一些簡單廚房用品都沒有吹風機），沿街馬路會有些吵。

Really bad experience. Everything seems broken and the service is not good

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great to see. Check-in took under 5 minutes which is great. Room was as advertised and decent sized. The cleanliness was poor, as the floors were covered in hairs and dust all over, the table had dry food stuck to it. The shower head kept falling during use and needs to be fixed. All these issues were inconvenient but not serious for me compared to the awful smell of smoke in the corridor. Someone on the 3rd floor was chain-smoking tobacco or similar fumes and the air was unbearably toxic in the shared corridor. This is really poor as it's obviously illegal to smoke indoors in the UK and there is clear signage everywhere. This is also a fire hazard, given the number of flammable interiors in the hotel. I wish the staff had taken this issue more seriously as I reported it around 12am and no one called me or checked in later to say they'd spoken to the other guests.
