櫃檯人員親切有禮，如果沒有特別要求，房務人員不會每天鋪床，只會倒垃圾，更換毛巾。沒有提供拖鞋跟牙刷牙膏，但可以跟櫃檯人員要。有熱水壺，每天提供飲用水2瓶，有衣架，有熨斗。位置在stratford high stre et dlr站附近，還算方便。

My stay was nice! breakfast was good had great options, shower doors in the westbridge suite didn’t function properly so the water leaked all over the floor and the tv/media system was awful out of date and excruciatingly slow so for the price point it was a little disappointing. The lounge area is fabulous!really nice space. Overall the hotel is nice and staff were very helpful and friendly, I will stay again some day but choose a different suite next time!

Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Hotel pulito e accogliente con un rapporto qualità - prezzo molto buono. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.
